NOTE ON ADMINISTRATIVE TOW PAYMENTS:

To insure immediate release of the vehicle, Administrative Tow Payments made after regular working hours (Business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding City Holidays) must be made using cash, cashier's check or money order. Credit card payments can only be verified during business hours. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Individuals using the e-pay system for credit card payments must bring in their payment receipt during regular business hours only; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (excluding City holidays). You are responsible for printing out your receipt after using E-Pay.
